Manages and operates under of the Manager, Operations guidance. Within the established Policies and Procedures of the Adelphi Hospitality Group actively supervises the operation of the restaurant to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and forecast financial results and profits.
- Establishes and maintains efficient and effective communication within the department, staff and all other supporting Departments.
- Schedules staff according to daily and forecast business pattern and of peak hours.
- Actively involved in the supervision, guidance, correction and training of staff.
- Conducts pre-meal, post-meal briefings and trains product knowledge selling skill and other assignment.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the restaurant in every aspect and carries out maintenance regularly.
- Establishes and promotes good teamwork within the service, kitchen and the whole Food & Beverage staff and all supporting departments.
- Develops and maintains guest contact through a continuously up date history file and personal guest relations practice.
- Knowledgeable of the Food & Beverage Products and Adelphi 49 Hotel in general.
- Knowledgeable an up to date financial performance to set an active interest in achieving forecast budget and profits at all time.
- Carries out corrective discipline action to staff in a fair and professional fashion to maintain a high level of staff morale, discipline in the restaurant and Food & Beverage Department in general.
- Participates actively in budget revision, Restaurant menu, Conduct market research, obtains and collects feed back from customers necessarily to further develop the quality of the Food & Beverage products.
- Maintains and develops professional relations with all of employees within the Food & Beverage Department and the whole Hotel in general.
- Ensures staff report duty punctually in appropriate attire and grooming standard.
- Aware and implements Hotel regulation, Policies and Procedures in regard to hygiene, fire and safety.
- To guarantee a professional sound of operation at highest level of guest satisfaction at all time.
