Housekeeping Supervisor (BU: Baan Turtle)

Profile and Qualifications:
1. At least Vocational diploma in any field
2. At least 2-year experience in housekeeping supervisory level
3. Good in inter-personality and supervisory skill
4. Proficiency in English
5. Good in driving results and people management and development

Basic Function:
To train, coach, empower, motivate and assist housekeeping employees in providing exceptionally clean, neat and well-maintained restaurants, private rooms, cigar room, wine bar, corridors, driveway, parking and garden in accordance with Baan Turtles procedures and standards of cleanliness and quality

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Train and oversee housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
2. Take care cleaning of rooms, restaurants, toilets, public area, gardens and landscape.
3. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
4. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
5. Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
6. Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
7. Monitor and replenish housekeeping supply.
8. Participate in large cleaning projects as required
9. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
