Steward (BU: Baan Turtle)

Profile and Qualifications:
1. At least vocational certificate in any field
2. Good in inter-personality and creative skill
3. English Communication skill

Basic Function:
To complete the assigned task for the daily maintenance and sanitation of all kitchens, service, back of the house areas, chinaware.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow the posted schedule and report at workstation on time.
2. Follow set up and break down procedure that was set by the management.
3. Maintains a safe working environment by the constant attention to cleanliness in all areas.
4. Follow safety and energy conservation procedure.
5. Report any risky condition to supervisor or manager.
6. Follow chemical usage and safety procedures including the wearing of protective gear.
7. Responsible for cleaning & storage of all chinaware, glassware, silverware & service equipment- s.
8. Follow all job safety regulations and reports all hazards are reported to steward supervisors.
9. Perform other duties as required by Assistant Chief Steward.
