Job Description:
The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing, Customer Service, Graphic and Production collaborators, as well as operates with external agencies to implement the Marketing strategy of F&B, Wine retail and website. He/She plans, develops, and directs the marketing efforts for the whole company.
He/she is responsible for coordinating activities of specialists in production, sales, advertising, promotion, digital, research and development, marketing research, purchasing, etc. He/ she develops/implements projects to drive brand awareness, growth and profitability. He/she assesses and facilitates development in the following areas as needed:
Key Requirements:
- Maintains supportive relationships with all staff. Sets high standards. Provides positive and constructive feedback.
- Strong social media knowledge, specifically in Facebook audience targeting and profile capturing. Ability to set and maintain ad spend budgets and KPIs.
- In depth knowledge of both online and offline marketing strategies with emphasis on consumer acquisition.
- Ability to manage insource and outsource content creation and production.
- Communicates clearly at all times (both verbal and written communication).
- Sets clear expectations to meet company goals.
- Shows respect and consideration for self and others. Is approachable.
- Holds self accountable to follow through on all commitments (verbal or written).
- Demonstrates cooperation, teamwork, and flexibility to achieve company goals.
- Demonstrates effective organizational skills and work habits.
- Effectively prioritizes projects to meet company goals.
