1.To take no fewer than four times of patrol on safety and security for all the areas in the property in order to ensure a normal operation condition.
2. To deal with various kinds of cases occurred in the property, and to report to the MOD and Security Manager as per the requests from the condition of the case and from the victim, to take down the inquiry records accurately and to organize to keep the scene intact according to the request of the case to develop the investigation.
3. As per the commands and requests from the Security Manager, to develop a primary investigation on various cases happened in the property.
4. To organize the property fire brigade to put out the fire in case of any fire accidents, and to keep the scene intact in order to carry out primary investigation on fire accident, and to report to Security Manager timely.
5. To shoulder the duties of Security Manager on night duty. The aim of - Guest is Supreme, Safety is the first- should be carried out thoroughly to provide the property guests with high-quality safety service.
6. To ensure property rules and regulations are adhered to and will maintain discipline within the property following disciplinary guidelines as described in the Associate Handbook.
