- At least 2-3 years experience in Duty Manager role or in Managerial Level in Front Office Department or Rooms Division Department with all Front Office operations skills.
- Required working experience within branded hotels.
- Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, execution of work and leadership skill.
- Good command of English communication and computer literate Opera system and Microsoft Office.
- Assisting Front Office Manager in the overall day to day operations whilst on duty.
- Resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients of the Hotel and ensure prompt, courteous and accurate service to all gusts to maximize customer satisfaction to exceed TrustYou target.
- Ensure quality in all aspects of work and among the staff in the department.
- Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.
