-Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
-Motivate the staff and provide trainings.
-Assist Restaurant Manager with day-to-day responsibilities.
-Report directly to Restaurant Manager.
-Monthly shared service charge.
-Weekly shared tips.
-1 day off per week.
-13 days public holidays.
