รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan, evaluate and formulate procedures in maintaining a minimum stock level in all Food, Beverage and Supplies for the Hotel.
- Responsible for the ordering of all supply items including F&B.
- Present a monthly report on all slow moving items.
- Keep in close touch with key purveyors and obtain up-to-date information, especially in new products.
- Negotiate with representatives of suppliers for key items in product lines and determine the quality and prices of merchandise in consultation with the GM and various Department Heads.
- Issue Purchase Orders which are duly approved to purveyors after ascertaining the best buy in quality and price.
- Perform other related duties appropriate to status from time to time
