รายละเอียดงาน
- Ensure efficient provision of Front Office services to hotel guests through overseeing the operations of various sections of the department, and providing immediate assistance and references whenever required.
- Train all staffs in their duties in the spirit of courtesy and hospitality as per deluxe standard hotel requirements.
- Develop employee relations within the department.
- Oversee training and motivating of key subordinates and staffs.
- Maintain set standards of hotel room facilities and conditions by working closely with relevant departments.
- Work closely together with the Reservation Department. In term of original bookings, productivity of corporate companies.
- Recommend improvement to hotel operations, improving services, increasing revenue and maximising occupancy.
