- Pre-prepare owner refreshments, keep refreshment bars fully stocked and cleaned at all times,
- Check presentation area, waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times,
- Ensure Preview Centre is clean and tidy at all times,
- Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system, transfer calls and take messages,
- When asked, enter guest and owner information into the computer, checking for accuracy,
- Take care of guests and owners- children throughout the presentation,
- Ensure hygiene standards of Kids Club are maintained at all time,
