? Minimum 1 year experience in hotel or hospitality industry is required.
? Excellent organizational skills with accuracy.
? Proficient in English language (verbal and written), second language is an asset.
? Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
? Analytical approach to work.
?Providing information and reservations to guests, including upselling special packages, upgraded rooms and cross-selling different services throughout the property.
?Swiftly respond for inquiries and bookings confirmation in a good command of English according to brand service standard via the proper channel.
?Handling reservations correspondence, conversation accurately and neatly.
?To ensure that we have received prepayment when required, voucher from travel agency including updated rooming list of all groups prior to arrival.
?Monitoring VIP?s reservation by ensuring all guest requests are carried out and communicated.
?Working as a team with colleagues across all departments to deliver the highest quality of service on all occasions.
