- Bachelor degree
- This position is only open to Thai nationals
- Bachelor- s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support
- Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
- Good skills with PCs, LAN/WAN networks, Printers, Internet access
- Microsoft O365 skills is necessary
- Good skills with Windows 10-11 and Mac OS
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Service-minded and good interpersonal skill
- Working knowledge of computer systems, security, network, and systems administration
- Experience with Hospitality related applications and or systems (PMS, POS, PBX)
- Proven experience in self-motivation, able to work independently, and be able to interact comfortably with all levels of host and management
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

- Monitoring system use and security
- Training coordination for existing/ new staff (users only).
- Apply system upgrades.
- Analysis of system problems, rectify errors (seek external assistance if required).
- Monitor systems procedures used recording in daily log if necessary and revise where appropriate.
- Compile monthly system performance reports.
- 24 hour Front Office system support on an - on call- basis (both consistently on call).
- Monitor charges for hardware/software maintenance.
- Assist users in making the best use of the information that is available.
- Maintain integrity of data on system ensuring the Daily Backup was completed successfully.
- Coordinating needs to Departments, i.e. reporting, system use.
- Creating parameter reports for individual departments.
- Liaison with software and hardware vendor i.e. software maintenance, support and hardware installed.
- Maintain hardware/software including all UPS, maintenance agreements and monitor costs on an ongoing basis.
- Correct system software/hardware + UPS problems/faults.
- Ensure adequate supplies of DP consumables (e.g. ribbons, computer paper etc.)
- Maintain detailed log of all IT equipment (i.e. serial numbers, make, model, what software is on each computer, etc.)
- Perform other duties related as assigned by Manager, IT
