- Proven experience working as an Indian Head Chef, specializing in Northern Indian cuisine, with a strong emphasis on Tandoori cooking techniques and curries.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, flavors, and cooking methods, with the ability to create authentic and innovative dishes.
- Experience in managing kitchens in Thailand and leading a team of kitchen staff.
- Excellent culinary skills and a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
- Able to communicate in English.

- Develop and execute a creative and enticing menu featuring a variety of Northern Indian dishes, with a focus on Tandoori cuisine.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for ingredients, and manage food costs to achieve budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with the management team to create new menu items, special promotions, and seasonal offerings to keep the dining experience fresh and exciting.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations and ensuring efficient workflow.
