? Implement a daily Meal Plan based upon medical direction, providing a healthy,portion controled balanced meals.
? Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure optimal food preferences are met within the guidelines of the diet order limitations
? Complies with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
? Responsible for timeliness, accuracy and the safe food handling
