? Diploma in Hospitality Management and other relevant field
? Minimum 2 years of F&B or Hospitality Sales experience from the same background
? Independent, excellent communication skills
? Meticulous, service-oriented, good sense of hospitality
? Good influencing and leadership skills
? Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve business goals
? Develop and execute sales/marketing plans, set targets and budget
? Maintain good rapport with new and existing customers to ensure business continuity
? Participate in executing company-wide marketing initiatives, such as events, catering, social trends and more
? Ensure all the food and beverage products meeting company's brand image and standard
? Evaluate and uphold restaurant's food safety and handling standards
? Deliver excellent customer service to the guests, achieve customer satisfactory
? Recruit and coach staffs for the business
? Manage reservations and ensure there are enough staffing for different shifts
? Resolve any problem and issue arise
? Other ad-hoc duties related to the F&B business
