Assistant Director of Sales

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.

1.Corporate Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from the corporate segment.
Identify and target key corporate clients and partnerships to drive business growth.
2.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct regular account reviews and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty.
3.Sales Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to chive revenue targets and exceed performance expectations.
Provide training and guidance to ensure the team's success in acquiring and retaining corporate clients.
4.Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate sales segment.
Utilize market insights to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on new business prospects.
5.Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, events, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and services.
Foster a collaborative environment to enhance overall guest experience and satisfaction.
6.Budget Management:
Develop and manage the corporate sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve revenue goals.
