Assistant Human Resources Manager (Strong in Payroll - Eagle System)

Requirements and skills:

A bachelor's degree in human resources (HR) management or any related field
2 years of experience as an Assistant HR manager or in a similar position
Previous experience at a luxury resort or hotel in Thailand is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, both in Thai and English
Prior experience with processing Payroll in Eagle System
Committed to delivering a high level of employee satisfaction, both internally and externally
Results-driven and strong in people management and development

Scope of Position

- Assist Area HR Director & Host Engagement Manager in creating and producing specific reports at required time.

- Assist with host related issues as per company policy in the absence of HE Manager.

- Manage payroll and related functions.

- Compile various reports for statutory compliance.

- Manage recruitment functions and liaise for updation of soneva website and circulate sensational list.

- Support in conducting host activities.
