HR Supervisor (Visa and Work Permit)

Requirements and skills:

A bachelor's degree in human resources (HR) management or any related field
2 years of experience as HR Supervisor or in a similar position
Previous experience at a luxury resort or hotel in Thailand is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, both in Thai and English
Excellent knowledge of doing visa and work permit for expats is required.
Committed to delivering a high level of employee satisfaction, both internally and externally
Results-driven and strong in people management and development

Maintain host employment records both in system and file updated and as per Soneva standard.
Manage work permits, visas, labour approvals and liaise with immigration, revenue department and Finance team for the smooth facilitation of this process.
Handle all new host employment contracts and contract renewals timely in coordination with H.E Manager and H.O.Ts.
Manage social security and Insurance reimbursement for hosts.
Handle ticket booking for hosts as per requirement according to Policy.
Support in host wellness / engagement and Social and environment activities of the Resort.
