Event Executive

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Create customized event proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, d- cor, entertainment, and audiovisual requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any issues that may arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
