Barista (บาริสต้า)

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods, while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation practices in food and beverage service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business and guest demand.
- Creativity in designing and presenting visually appealing coffee beverages, while ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and equipment.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Able to communicate in English.

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to guest preferences and hotel standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient service, engaging with guests to ensure a personalized experience and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment, utensils, and work area, to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately, while maintaining integrity and professionalism in all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and assist in other food and beverage service areas as needed.
- Stay updated on coffee trends, product knowledge, and brewing techniques to enhance the guest experience and contribute to menu development.
