Assistant Chief Engineer (ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าแผนกช่าง)

- Responsible for receiving, recording and distributing work orders, banquet bulletins, function order and make necessary priorities, project orders to be forwarded to the Chief Engineer.
- Make records and gives daily personnel report before 9.00am
- Is responsible for work schedules sand coordinates.
- Is responsible for receiving consumption report from Chargeman, give possible comments and forward to Chief Engineer.
- Is responsible for receiving consumption reports from Chargeman, and prepare statistics.
- Is responsible for keeping complete set of structural / mechanical / architectural/ electrical / ventilation / plumbing / furniture / drawing and paint scheme of entire hotel with physical plant.
- Is responsible for all information service / enouncement for engineering employees.
- Is responsible for keeping Chief Engineer informed without delay of progress, report function and complaints.
- Is responsible for informing / requesting all extra meals for employees / working overtime in addition to schedule engineering employees.
- Is responsible for keeping equipment history file up to date.
- Is responsible for order and cleanliness throughout assigned area.
- Is responsible for preparing attending Engineering staff meeting
- Follows all other orders, instructions, rules and regulation that may be issued
- Learn his and Chief Engineer- s Job Description.
- Assistant Chief Engineer to assist in carrying out Chief Engineer- s Job Description.
- Make inspection as necessary to ensure that Chief Engineer- s instructions are adhered to.
- Assume responsibility in Chief Engineer- s absence.
- Keep Chief Engineer informed of happenings in the department.
- To ensure that all safety rules and regulations are complied with.
- To monitor spare parts / supplies.
- Make sure that Engineering staff neat and clean.
- Attend meeting as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
- Responsible for all the system undertaken by Engineering Department.
- Follow all other instructions / rules and regulations that many be issued.
- Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the hotel / company.
