Spa Supervisor

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 2- 3-year experience in a similar role and experience in a 5 stars luxury hotel & resort.
Proficient in English and Thai, both oral and written.
Positive attitude and pleasant personality and service minded.
Knowledge of using Opera Cloud and Micros system will be an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of spa operations in a luxury hotel or resort.

- To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately as per company- standard in SOP.
- To make booking in booker system and cooperate with all departments concern.
- To prepare guest billing & close shift on daily basis, daily report, commission report.
- To attend daily morning brief as assigned
Weekly
- To request and collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock level.
- To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
- To check product in stock, make order for spa product supply, check inventory.
- To provide high standards of cleanliness in the reception & Spa area
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Monthly
- To submit monthly report and other report as assigned.
- To cooperate with finance team regarding product inventory checklist
- To attend monthly meetings of spa and hotel activities as assigned
