- ปวช. ขึ้นไป
- ตรงต่อเวลา มีใจรักงานบริการ

- Ensure all food preparation are always freshly preparing and on time
- Maintain food quality by checking cooking. until tasting food and check the food appearance to meet the standards set by the brand
- Ensure to follow up Work instruction (WI)/ Standard operation procedure (SOP)
- Supervising the cleanliness including all FSMS record form of kitchen to meet GMP standards
- Supervising equipment to work well all the time
- Improve food quality to maintain standards and add knowledge and cooking techniques.
- Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods and report any incidents to the Sous Chef or Chef de partie to ensure optimum service to guests
- Assists other team members in the kitchen when needed
- Review daily status of work and follow-up actions required with the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de partie
- Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
