Executive Sous Chef

- Minimum 5 year of culinary experience in the luxury setting hotel / restaurant.
HACCP knowledge and Food cost controlling oriented.
- Good command in Thai & English both speaking and writing.
- Believes in and follows the brand- s vision, contributing his/her talent to the brand
- Represents SO Brand and SO DNA - Stylish/ Creative/ Dynamic/ Sociable - through his/her personality and his/her creativity on the menu
- Is open-minded, shows curiosity and seeks out new trends
- Is highly passionate and innovative
- Is highly cooperative with teams.

In cooperation with the Director of Wine and Dine, within the limits of established policies, procedure and F/B recipes oversee and direct all aspects of Kitchens Banquets, and kitchens operation Staff. Ensuring operating costs are minimized.
