Coordinate room repairs or adjustments as required. 8. Collect management issues for consultation with the manager. 9. Submit sales reports to accounting. 10. Maintain seamless operation of PMS, Channel Manager, and booking systems. 11. Address customer issues promptly to improve satisfaction.
