1.Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the front desk and guest services team. 2.Ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and guest-related procedures. 3.Address guest complaints and service recovery issues in a professional and timely manner. 4.Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service. 5.Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. 6.Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction across the hotel. 7.Monitor and manage guest feedback through online platforms, surveys, and direct interactions. 8.Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, and performance evaluations of the guest service team. 9.Handle VIP guests, special requests, and ensure personalized guest experiences. 10.Oversee concierge services, providing recommendations and arrangements for local attractions, dining, and transportation.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Strong leadership and supervisory skills. 2.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 3.Previous experience in front office or guest services roles, ideally in a hotel environment. 4.Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. 5.Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) and guest feedback platforms. 6.Good inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly. 7.Strong in English communication skill.
