- Female, age not over 35 years old, Thai Nationality

- High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor?s degree in a related field (e.g. Tourism, Hospitality, Humanities, English)

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Hotel business

- Strong communication skills in English, if proficiency in the 3rd language is an advantage

- Good personality with a service-minded attitude

- Flexibility to work various shifts ; including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures

- Manage room reservations, including modifications and cancellations

- Provide information about the hotel, facilities, and nearby attractions
