Assistant Restaurant Manager (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการห้องอาหาร)

Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2?4 years experience in restaurant supervision or management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
- Support inventory management and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Support implementation of promotions and marketing activities.
- Report operational performance to the Restaurant Manager.
