Job Summary:
As a Bartender in our hotel residence lounge, you?ll be the heart of memorable guest experiences ? crafting exceptional drinks, delivering warm hospitality, and elevating every guest?s stay with style and professionalism. You?ll work in a dynamic lounge setting catering to both hotel guests and residential members.
Key Responsibilities:
**Beverage Service:
- Expertly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee & mocktails) per recipe standards
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation for every beverage
- Offer recommendations based on guest preferences
**Guest Interaction & Hospitality:
- Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and engage in friendly conversation
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a professional demeanor
**Bar & Lounge Operations:
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Rotate stock and perform basic inventory checks
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle cash/ POS transactions accurately
**Teamwork:
- Assist with opening/closing procedures
- Support other team members during peak periods
- Attend shift briefings and actively participate in training
