Job Summary:
The Residence Lounge Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized, and professional service to short &long-stay guests and residents. This role creates a welcoming lounge experience by providing high-quality service, engaging with guests in fluent English, and maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and proactive service to residents and guests
- Engage with guests confidently and anticipate their needs
- Provide personalized recommendations on beverages and hotel facilities
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently
Beverage Service:
- Take accurate orders and serve beverages according to hotel standards
- Ensure correct billing procedures and POS operation (if applicable)
Lounge Operations & Standards:
- Set up and maintain the residence lounge before, during, and after service
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently followed
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or maintenance issues
Communication & Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with front office and housekeeping teams
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and support a positive team environment
- Report guest feedback and operational issues to supervisors
Compliance & Safety:
- Follow hotel SOPs, brand standards, and food safety regulations
- Ensure proper handling of equipment, food, and beverages
