Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a -Butler -for a minimum of one - two years is an asset
- Experience in 5 stars hotel is an advantage
- Secondary or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in hotel business, public or personnel administration, psychology or any other related field
- Fluently in English and any other language is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Work, Excel and Power Point, as well, good knowledge of Opera.

- Butler takes care of guests who stay on executive floors.
- Give hotel information / hotel promotion once required.
- Can assist guests at the lobby in terms of guest requirements by passing on to team concerned
accordingly.
- Monitor and elicit guest feedback for further hotel improvements.
- Try to maximize the hotel loyalty programs such as le Club Advantage Plus member.
- Communicate well with housekeeping for room arrangements and further guest requests.
- To promote and champion hotel packages (such as Deep Sleep package, Silky Experience
package by see SOP.
- For package mentioned as attached.
- Give hotel information / hotel promotion once required.
