2.Experience in large volume operations
3.Able to manage large and diverse operations.
4.Demonstrable achievements in improving customer satisfaction.
5.Profound English verbal and writing knowledge along with perfect computer proficiency
6.Sales & Marketing knowledge in the travel trade is a benefit
7.Ability to work with a variety of team members and levels of authority
8.Bachelor's Degree in Business or hospitality management
