- Bachelor- s Degree or any culinary degree
- Must have worked at least one year as a Chef de Partie in Hotels and Restaurants
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service

Position summary

- Assists the Pastry Chef to supervise the Bakery staff at work and overseas the complete kitchen operation in this kitchen.

- Is familiar with all the kitchen sections, which are part of bakery kitchen: Production, Buffets, Breakfast.


- Is familiar with and produces all kind of bakery items such as: Cake, Breads, Rolls, Danish, Doughnuts, Muffins, etc.
