Assistant Executive Housekeeper (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกแม่บ้าน)

-Minimum 5 years experience in all aspects of the Housekeeping department
-Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
-High energy, Motivational leader, Effective communicator, Effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line

-Assist in the managing and directing of the day- to- day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions.
-Provides support to the Executive Housekeeper in all areas of Housekeeping operation, such as staff training, coaching and counselling and consistently inspects and enforces adherence to Hotel Standards.
-Participates in and enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department and department cost control measures. Makes certain the required Hotel Brand Standards are achieved.
