- Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of service
- Completes the following tasks:
prepares the point of sale and preparation areas
- welcomes guests and provides waiter service
- cleans and tidies the restaurant and preparation areas after closing
- Knows all the bar and menu products (preparation instructions)
- Serves guests at the bar, organizing his/her work to suit fluctuations in numbers
- Ensures equipment remains in good condition
- Completes the following tasks:
