Assistant Sommelier (Junior Cellar master) / ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านไวน์ฝึกหัด

This role entails Selecting, storing, selling and serving wine in all food and beverage outlets. Keeping inventory and ordering required wine to replenish stock. Ensuring to store wines properly on racks or shelves at appropriate temperatures. Discussing wines with guests and assisting guests to make wine selections, applying knowledge of wines. Facilitating wine-training for all food and beverage hosts. Experience: Minimum of 2 years F&B service experience in a management level within 5 star property Hotel.
Language: English / Thai - Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage
Other Knowledge & Skills: Full knowledge of the F&B service operations, hotel policies regarding food and beverage services. Ability to up-sell and communicate freely with guests.
