รายละเอียดงาน
Provide IT support to all network users. Provide IT training, install new hardware and LAN connection in new location, etc.

Areas of Responsibilities :

1. Manage and maintain hotel application softwares, hareware such as all personal computers, printers, application servers, networking, interface, etc.

2. Conducting skill development users training.

3. Backup of all database, security and maintenance.

4. Taking care of internal mail i.e. Lotus Notes, etc.

5. Taking care of Internet for the guests as well as management and staffs.

6. Install new program, computer hardware and new cable set up.
7. Taking care of OPMS and POS system / provide training to the users.

8. Updating latest technology related news to the management to plan for IT strategies.
