Hostesses (Banquet)

1. At least vocational certificate in culinary and with preference of Bachelor degree in culinary field
2. At least 1 year experience or training in culinary operation
3. Good in inter-personality and creative skill
4. English Communication skill and Micros system

1. Directly responsible for signage, tent cards and other related paper work to the banquet & meeting room area, ensuring a smooth running meeting with customer- s satisfaction within the framework of the hotel.
2. To liaise with events, and sales to ensure that the clients requirements are satisfactorily met and if possible exceeded.
3. To perform all the administrative functions in the banquet office such as, requisition of general store items, checking the stock of every item used in banquet office, BEO filing and posting day by day, preparing menus for every function, preparing the schedule for banquet operation employees by using the designated system.
4. To co-ordinate between events and banquet operation, make sure that all the requirements meet with customer- s satisfaction.
5. To guide the guests when there is a function.
