Digital Marketing Manager

- Basic knowledge of SEO PPC Google Adwords Social Media
- Experience working in a similar role, minimum 2 - 3 years
- Highly developed Thai written language skills
- Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
- The ability to enthuse others with energy, initiative, creativity and imagination
- Solid administrative capabilities including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Illus, Photoshop
- Ability to work on own initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor degree

Job Summary
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue. Recognize opportunities to up-sell the customer and sell enhancements to create a better Adelphi experience. Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package. Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation. Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package. Determine and give complimentary to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., BTS tickets, mini bar).

Job description;
- Preparation of annual marketing plan and marketing budget for both online and offline media
- Maintaining the hotel website, Google Adwords
- Responsible for promotion and campaign on all social media & online marketing campaign included hotel- s website
- Preparation of ideas for hotel- s facilities in printing material.
- Maintaining good community relations - and submitting ideas to EAM.
- Ensure that activity information is disseminated within hotel, for staff and guests where appropriate
- Working with both Thai and non-Thai media, local and international
- Maintain current publication information on all frequently used media
- Maintain contact with photographer/ publications/ TV for using Adelphi Hotel as a photo shoot location
- Monitoring public opinion or media coverage and reporting both positive and negative to EAM; including advising of appropriate action to be taken
- Maintain and develop regular and positive relationship with local media.
