1.Ensure that Business Unit operations meet hotel standards.
2.Exceed Business Unit annual Budget and strategic F&B goals.
3.Implement and comply with success plan.
4.Function as a business partner with the Restaurants/Cuisine Chef in running the business unit.
5.Provide leadership in creating a cohesive, effective service team and business unit team.

10.Teach and improve all aspects of the ?front ?of-the-house? operation of the business unit that meets/exceeds the requirements in the Anajak bangkok Hotel Absolute Care Standard.
10.Maintain, teach and improve F&B sanitation and food safety handling for the hotel in accordance with Anajak bangkok Hotel Absolute Care Standards, International and local requirements.
11.Set u, co-ordinate and implement the Process Improvement programs in the business unit.
12.Interpret financial reports, teach, creates and implement plans to improve profits for the business unit.
13.Identify, negotiate and teach business units how to work with suppliers/vendors to provide products and services that support the vision and mission of the business unit and Anajak bangkok Hotel.
14.Teach and action purchasing, receiving, storage and issuing of products based on universally acceptable procedures and Anajak Bangkok Hotel Absolute care Standard.
15.Compile financial data and use the data to teach the business team how to improve the over all financial performance of each business unit.
16.Create, co-ordinate, teach and implements and special functions.
17.Teach and co-ordinate F&B Marketing/Advertising/Public Relation programs with outside vendors or in-house department.
18.Co-ordinate and implement F&B catering sales activities.
19.Create, teach and execute strategic plan for business unit.
20.Create, teach and execute annual business plans, marketing plans and budgets for business unit.
21.Keep abreast with global and local food service industry trends and action plan to incorporate these trends into the business unit.
22.Teach and co-ordinate business strategies with other business to create operational efficiency.
