Job Qualifications

- At least 3 years experience in system administrator, end user supports and network infrastructure

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

- Good knowledge in Hospitality industry program such as Fidelio, Micros, Sun System, Eagle program is advantage

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Strong team spirit and leadership skills.

- Strong in people skills with positive attitude.

- Maintaining the day-to-day operations of the MIS Dept, system maintenance / support.

- Explore into new Technologies that assist company in gaining the competitive edge.

- Responsible for the production of technical documents, such as the operations manual, network manual, system configuration and operations procedures.

- Ensure Hotel systems are protected against any threat, e.g. virus, disaster, hacker, etc.

- Ensure System Backup/Disaster Recovery are well established
