Restaurant Supervisor

1. At least Vocational diploma and preferable Bachelor degree in any field
2. At least 5 year experience in restaurant operation with a good track record of achievements
3. Good in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
4. Proficiency in English, computer and point of sale machine
5. Good in driving results and people management and development

1. To promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on employee satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous service.
2. The restaurant supervisor is accountable for sales and profit in his/her area, and brings into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the hotel.
