GENERAL MISSION:
1. All guests passing by the front door will be Wai by the Service Man/Valet who will always have the smile and a positive attitude.
2. Service Man/Valet has the reason of the responsibility of driving the guest- s cars from the hotel entrance to the car park.
3. Responsible to ensure that the guests arriving and leaving the hotel are warmly greeted and that an assistant is offered quickly when they need or request it.
4. Active in performing the various tasks of the Concierge section and will be willing to help the guest at any time. All guests passing by the Front Door will be Wai by the Service Man who will always have the smile and a positive attitude.
5. Directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Concierge whilst on duty. The schedule of the Service Man & Valet will rotate 24 hours a day.
6. On a broader scale, Service Man & Valet is to ensure that all of hotel- s guests and visitors are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of service that is professional, friendly and genuine. Also to ensure that guests and visitors are made to feel comfortable and welcome and - at home- on arriving and departing the hotel.
