รายละเอียดงาน
GENERAL MISSION:
1. Checks and counts the guest clothing from each laundry bag against the laundry/dry-cleaning lists, separates the garments for washing of laundry from dry-cleaning and records in the logbook.
2. Must inform the guest immediately if any damages/defects are found on the clothing when receiving. If money or belongings found in the guest clothing, must informs Laundry Supervisor for immediate contact and return to guests.
3. Delivery all cleaned, pressed items to their guest rooms.
4. Makes care of all VIPs and guests from their arrival to departure.
5. Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to standard required by our hotel.
6. Greets and courteous to all VIPs and guests.
7. Being as a hotel representative to keep good image and guest satisfaction.
8. Directing and supervising for this section, seeing all job assignments are properly done on time and guided by set House Service rules and regulation.
