GENERAL MISSION:
1. Ensures that assistance is being provided at all times to all customers and guests and their stays at the hotel are comfortable and memorable.
2. Fully in charge of the overall Concierge activities within the hotel. During the operations, he will act as a shift leader and will ensure that the operations which occur during his shift are smooth and in line with the hotel standards.
3. Chief Concierge reports directly to Guest Service Manager, he is directly assisted by a Concierge who has a role of shift leader and some Service Men.
4. The overall responsibilities of Chief Concierge will be oriented on the following: Guest Services/Supervision of Concierge operations/communication & Human Resources issues.
