- Experience in hotel management or higher
- Experience in local chain hotel is a plus
- Good command in English
- Strong in management skills, marketing, business plan and development

- Grows up and expands hotel business as a chain in the productive areas
- Manages and controls on all departments and sections ' performances including front and back of the houses to meet company's goals and visions
- Deliveries hospitality standards and managing all hotel resources by maximizing productivities and maintaining appropriate staff levels
- Arranges reports concerning all performances in the properties to a superior
