- Male/Female, age not over 30 years old.
- Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and service-minded.
- Able to focus on multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Recruit new associates as requested by other departments
- Screen Resumes and Job Applications
- Schedule and conduct job interviews
- Advertise job vacancies
- Participate in Career Days and Job Fairs
- Support other team members on HR-related work
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
