Job Qualifications

- Male or Female, Age not over 50 years old.
- Bachelor- s or Master Degree in Hospitality or Business administration
- At least 5-8 years- in Hotel operational experience preferred
- Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written English and Thai
- Have an advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within all hotel disciplines, including experiential knowledge for management of people and complex problems.
- Highly proficient skills in MS-Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multi-tasks assignments and prioritize assignments

- Lead, through subordinate staff, the effective management of the Rooms, Food & Beverage and other functional areas to maximize financial performance while upholding quality standards and maximizing levels of guest satisfaction.
- Direct the maximization of room revenue by anticipation of market shifts, development and monitoring of annual business and marketing plans, and participating in appropriate national marketing efforts.
- Responsible and document control about legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
- Direct, manage, train and counsel sales, catering and revenue management staff.
- Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
- Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
