รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in directing and coordinating overall activities of linen, uniform and laundry sections to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity as required by the Hotel.
- To ensure that hotel linen and staff uniform have enough for using and in good condition at all time.
- To ensure that the laundry department smooth operation.
- Conduct staff training for linen uniform and laundry staff for the whole year and ensure that they understand training in order to maintain our service standard to the guest
- Prepare weekly working schedules, monitoring staff attendance and labor planning to meet with activities in the hotel so as to maintain cost effectiveness.
- To inventory for room linen ,F&B linen & uniform in order to ensure the all linen &uniform enough stock and smooth operation.
- Assist in the preparation of various monthly report and maintains the log book.
- Attend in the conduct operation meeting and inspection to review, monitor and upgrade performance of the department through dissemination of information, explaining new directions policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of annual Capital/Operating Budget and to ensure that its expenditure is kept within the budget.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper usage of all equipments and their periodical servicing to ensure efficient working conditions.
