Account Payable

- Female, age 24-27 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting.
- Minimum 1-2 year of Experience in accounting
payable.
- Knowledge in withholding Tax, VAT or any
related
fields.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able communicate of English and computer
literacy (Ms. Office)

- Account Payable and coordinator A/P billing
and
payments.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of tax
invoices and other supporting documents ie.
P/O,
Quotation, Request etc. tobe compliance with
internal Control Process.
- Issue Withholding Tax Certificates to Vender
(PND 3, 53)
- Review, Verify invoices and cheque requests,
prepare and process payments including urgent
payment.
- Post transaction to journals and ledgers.
- Prepare withholding tax and VAT Report
- Assist with month-end closing
- Other tasks as assigned.
